WorkSpace Ltd – History
WorkSpace Ltd was incorporated in 1972 by Paul Lappin QBE to supply enterprise space for small & medium start-up businesses.
Over the past 44 years the company has built, renovated and maintained 100s of thousands of sq ft of property in Greenhills on the north side, The Backlanes in the centre and at Donore Road to the south.
WorkSpace Ltd supplies space for industrial, commercial, leisure, educational (incl IT), social and community enterprises.
The company maintains a land bank of 43 units ranging from 100 sq ft to 16,000 sq ft.
Over many years it has been WorkSpace’s privilege to be involved with the Holy Family Boxing Club in Ballsgrove, Homeless Aid on the North Strand, The Irish Wheelchair Association on Mayoralty St, the Drogheda Branch of Alzheimer’s Society of Ireland and a number of other community groups.
