Since it's inception in 1972 Workspace Ltd. has worked hard to built a solid reputation for providing a high quality work environment and offering an unmatched level of customer service.

We have a constant maintenance programme and a policy of restoration and improvement for all our properties.

We endeavour to comply with all building and statutory regulations.

At Workspace Ltd we do our best to keep things simple and meet customers requirements with a minimum of fuss.

WHAT WE DO

Workspace Ltd. is a property development company based in Drogheda, Ireland .We specialise in Industrial, Commercial and Business properties that range in size from 10 sq. mtrs. (110 sq. ft.) to 1,500 sq. mtrs. (16,000 sq. ft.). All our premises are in prime locations within the focal point of Drogheda's continuing commercial growth. Our 40 rented units are designed to suit operations of every size in attractive working environments.

Why Drogheda?
There can be few locations in Ireland more blessed geographically for business purposes. It is only 30 minutes drive on the M1 motorway from Dublin and served by the main Dublin to Belfast rail line. In fact more than half of the population of Ireland live within80 miles of Drogheda.

As a thriving port Drogheda provides important links to Britain and the Continent. It is therefore not surprising that many major companies have already settled in the area and still regard it as an excellent decision.
